Access the Employment Equity reports - From the Main Menu, go to Equity.
- Choose Employment Equity Reports.
TIP: If you do n't have any reports on the menu, you can import the module reports (if your have a license for the module): Importing the Equity Module reports Available reports on the Equity Module Equity Detail report - This report includes all employees
- The report displays the details of the Employee Equity Information screen for the current period.
- The report indicates employees with missing mandatory information
 On this report you need to look at the line where there are employees with mandatory fields:  Equity Exception report - This report includes employees with missing information
- The report displays the details of the Employee Equity Information screen for the current period.
- The report indicates the missing mandatory information
 Employee Equity Declaration - The report prints per employee allowing them to provide their information
- Employees complete and return the information to the HR department
- You'll require a declaration per employee for audit purposes
 Employment Equity report - The report extracts the Equity Module infomration
- The report generates in Excel in the required format
- You'll complete the submission online
