Access the Employment Equity reports

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Equity.
  2. Choose Employment Equity Reports.

 TIP: If you do n't have any reports on the menu, you can import the module reports (if your have a license for the module): Importing the Equity Module reports 


Available reports on the Equity Module

Equity Detail report

  • This report includes all employees
  • The report displays the details of the Employee Equity Information screen for the current period.
  • The report indicates employees with missing mandatory information

On this report you need to look at the line where there are employees with mandatory fields:

 

Equity Exception report

  • This report includes employees with missing information
  • The report displays the details of the Employee Equity Information screen for the current period.
  • The report indicates the missing mandatory information

Employee Equity Declaration

  • The report prints per employee allowing them to provide their information
  • Employees complete and return the information to the HR department 
  • You'll require a declaration per employee for audit purposes

Employment Equity report

  • The report extracts the Equity Module infomration
  • The report generates in Excel in the required format
  • You'll complete the submission online
