Recalculating employees and Company Rules can be done either from System Tools or on the applicable Company Rule itself or form Employee Management.
1. Recalculation as a Global Option
On the Navigation Pane; Expand System Tools Double-Click Global Actions Expand Re Calc Options
1.1 Recalc All Employees in ALL companies

This option will recalculate all employees in all the companies and company rules.
1.2 Company Rule Calculations

Company Rule used for the calculations below - Select the Company Rule on which the below two options are going to be applied on. Calculate Take-on Employees - When the Company Rule is selected, this option will recalculate all the employees a take-on was done for. Recalc All Active and New Employees - When the Company Rule is selected, this option will recalculate all the employees with an Employee Status ‘Active’ and/or ‘New’.
1.3 Reset/Update YTD Calculations 
This option must only be used if there are incorrect YTD figures or an error occurred during the rollover.
2. Recalculation on a Company Rule A recalculation can also be done for the Company Rules from the Company Rule Detail Screen.
On the Navigation Pane Expand Company Management Double-Click Company Rule Double-Click specific Company Rule Click Re Calc All button

3. Recalculation as an option on the Employee screen A recalculation can also be done for all employees or a selected employee on the Employee screen.
On the Navigation Pane Expand Employee Management Double-Click Employees Select the employee to recalculate Click Re Calc button
