NOTE: Depending on the reporting requirements for the respective Equity Submission, there could be an update in reporting requirements which might require us to release new software to implement the changes on the payroll system. Ensure you are aware of any software updates and that your payroll is on the latest version before generating your Equity Reports.
To print the Equity Report for the Current Workforce will require you to setup a Zero Plan first. If you have not setup a Zero Plan, click here to review our article on how to set it up. To access the Equity Report, from the Main Menu: Click on Equity Click on Employment Equity Reports Select the Equity Report (Equity Rep, Real nr 711) 

Section | Description | Print using Equity Plan number | Select the Plan Number for which the report should print. | Print All or Selected Reports | Select ‘All’ if the whole report should print. Select ‘Selected’ if only a section of the report should print. | Employer Detail | This form provides the Department of Labour with general information regarding the employer, as well as contact details of the Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Manager responsible for submitting the Equity reports. | Workforce Profile | This report will reflect the workforce profile according the date entered. | Workforce Movement | This report will reflect the workforce movement during the past 12 months. | Skills Development | The Skills report reflects the number of Employees, per Occupational Level, that received skills training in the 12 months preceding the report. The information on the Employee Equity History screen will be used to print this report. A separate report is printed for people with disabilities. The number of employees pull through to this report and not the number of training transactions. | Numerical Goals | The 2 Numerical Goal plans i.e. 1 Numerical Goal Plan and 1 Numerical Target Plan which were defined for your Numerical Goal Plans will be printed when you select to print this report. | Employer Details | This form provides the Department of Labour with general information regarding the employer, as well as contact details of the Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Manager responsible for submitting the Equity reports. | Income Differentials | This report will reflect the income differentials for the past 12 months. | Print the details of the Employees included in the Report | Tick the box if the report should show the details of each employee when you print the report. | Make the following selections when printing a Zero Plan: 

Click on Continue, and continue again. An onscreen message will then require you to confirm you selections, select 'Yes' to Continue. 
If there are incomplete mandatory fields and onscreen message will indicate as such. Consult the printout and fix the information. Then proceed to print the report again. 
The following summary screen will be populated: 
The Zero Plan will be generated in Excel with the following information: Click to close the summary screen and the data will then automatically open in Excel. You might need to click on 'Enable Content' on Excel.
