Employment Equity: Add Employee Equity Screen when loading new employees

The Employment Equity Contact Person Screen on the system contains all the information of the contact person that manages the Equity process at the company.

When a new employee is added, the System will automatically move through the relevant screens for the employee, to ensure that all the necessary information is entered.

The default cycle of screens to be completed when a new employee is added consists of the following 5 screens:

  • Basic Employee Information Screen (IS)
  • Leave Days Screen (LD)
  • Link Employee to Relevant Methods of Calculations (MC)
  • Increase Screen (INC)
  • Payslip Screen (PS)

All the screens mentioned above contain payroll information. When using the Employment Equity Module on the system it is necessary to add the Employee Equity Screen to the cycle to ensure the employee’s Equity details are also captured.

To access the Add Employee Control, from the Main Menu:

Click on Company

Click on Add Employee Control
