You recently purchased the Equity Module as you would like to generate your Equity Reports from the Payroll system. In order to use the Equity Module you will need to license the system and this is built into the renewal code.

If you are not sure if your system is licensed, from the Company Listing screen click on Options>Licensed Modules. Under Personnel Management, see if the Employment Equity block is ticked. If it is, you are licensed for the module. If not, once confirmed your system has been licensed, confirm this by access the Options section again to review if the block is now ticked for Employment Equity.

On Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional a new ALF code will be generated and once you access the system it will automatically update your system. There is no renewal block where you can manually add your renewal code, this is all done in the backend. If you experience issues with your renewal code and you still see your system is not licensed, submit a query on the Web Form under Renewal Queries.
