It is important when setting up the Equity Module or running the reports, that the system is on the latest payroll release. 

Please ensure that you are on the latest version, as this will ensure that all the updated Employment Equity information is on the system. Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional will always be on the latest version.

NOTE: The Equity submissions are done in October if done manually, and in January if done electronically. If necessary, there could be a payroll update required to ensure all latest equity information is in the system. This will be communicated on Sage City, so ensure you are registered on Sage City and that you have joined your product forum to be kept up to date.
