Employment Equity: Ensure you are on the latest payroll version

This article is part of the article where we discuss the Equity Module and what is required. This forms part of the Equity Checklist and is the first step on the checklist.

It is important when setting up the Equity Module or running the reports, that the system is on the latest payroll release.

Please ensure that you are on the latest version, as this will ensure that all the updated Employment Equity information is on the system. To verify your payroll version, from the Company Listing Screen, top right-hand corner, the version will be displayed. 

 

NOTE: The Equity submissions are done in October if done manually, and in January if done electronically. If necessary, there could be a payroll update required to ensure all latest equity information is in the system. This will be communicated on Sage City, so ensure you are registered on Sage City and that you have joined your product forum to be kept up to date.
