| | Setting up Access Control |
| Description | Access Control defines user rights for system screens and report printing. Each user can have Full Rights, View Only Rights, or No Access. Only a Super User can set up and manage Access Control. |
| Resolution | NOTE: Only a Super User can define Access Control. We recommend assigning more than one Super User during installation. Step 1 - Open Access Control - From the Company Listing screen, click Access Control.
- All users appear in the Global Access Control list. If setting up for the first time, see Invite users.
Step 2 - Edit user permissions - Double-click a user to open their profile.
- Review the six tabs:
- User Info
- Advanced Page 1
- Advanced Page 2
- Advanced Page 3
- Advanced Page 4
- Advanced Page 5
- Grant access for each field:
- Full Rights
- View Only Rights
- No Access Rights
- To grant full access to all fields, tick Flag all fields as FULL.
NOTE: Access Control setup can be complex. If you're unsure, book a consultation. Our support desk provides basic guidance only. |
