The Summary screen reflects all the Earnings and Deductions for an employee. The Current Period, Previous Period, YTD (Year-to-Date excluding Current Period) and YTD+ (Year-to-Date including Current Period) figures are displayed for each Earning and Deduction.

To view all the Earnings and Deductions, use the Scroll bar on the right of the Earnings and Deductions sections. This screen is for information purposes only. No input is allowed on this screen.

NOTE:  The Routing code SUM may also be used to access an employee’s Summary screen from any of the employee’s screens.

The Month-to-Date Summary screen

In weekly and bi-weekly companies, the Month-to-Date Summary screen displays amounts for each period in the month. For each line, this screen shows the MTD total which excludes the Current Period, as well as the MTD+ total which includes the Current Period.

To access the Month-to-Date screen, click MTD button in the Toolbar on the Payslip screen.
