| Description | You can import Equity history to update multiple employee records at once. This process ensures accurate reporting for equity compliance. View the imported information on the Equity History (EQH) screen of your employees. |
| Resolution | Step 1: Download the guidelines - From the Main Menu, go to Interfaces, then Import Data.
- Select Utility Imports.
- Choose Equity History.
- Select No when asked to make a backup.
- Click Guidelines to download the PDF with mandatory requirements. for creating the CSV file.
Step 2: Prepare the import file - Open a new workbook in Microsoft Excel.
- Complete all required information in the file as per the guidelines.
- Save the file as CSV (comma delimited).
Step 3: Import the file - From the Main Menu, go to Interfaces, then Import Data.
- Select Utility Imports.
- Choose Equity History.
- Select Yes to make a backup.
- Click Choose a file, select your CSV file, and click Upload.
- When the uploaded file name appears, click Import.
NOTE: If the program detects invalid data, an Audit Trail report will print. |
