| How to import Equity History |
Description | If you want to update the employee’s Equity History on the payroll system to generate the Equity Reports, this import allows you to import changes for more than one record at a time |
Resolution | - From the main screen of the company go to Interfaces>Import Data>Utility Imports>Equity History
- Select No as we are not going to make a backup now
- Click on the Guidelines button to download the PDF document outlining the mandatory requirements for creating the CSV file
- Once you have created your file and completed all the relevant information, save the file as a CSV (comma delimited) file
- From the main screen of the company go to Interfaces>Import Data>Utility Imports>Equity History
- This time select Yes to make a backup
- Click in the block on Choose a file and select Upload
- Once the uploaded file name appears, click on Import
If the program detects invalid data in the import file, the Audit Trail will print. |
