Where can I get the Support Authorisation (VIPSD) letters?

The Support Authorisation generates from within the system and accessed on the following system menus:

  • Date Change Letter – Main menu > Company > Basic Company Information > Period Info(BB) Button, click 'Support Letter'

  • VIPSD Letter – Company Listing Screen, select the Sup Help button, select 'VIPSD Letter' from the drop-down list under Support Authorisation Letters

  • Change Company Status - Company Listing Screen, click the Sup Help button, select 'Change Company Status' from the drop-down list under Support Authorisation Letters

  • Delete Company - Company Listing Screen, click the Sup Help button, select 'Delete Company' from the drop-down list under Support Authorisation Letters

  • ODBC Access - Company Listing Screen, click the Sup Help button, select 'ODBC Access' from the drop-down list under Support Authorisation Letters
