The error report will generate once you have exported your tax certificates.

CAUTION: If you are getting a Validation Report button instead of Create Submission button you will have to clear all the errors that have a Rejected status.

Once you have attempted to create your export file, the below tabs will appear:

Click on the Error Report tab to view the errors:

Any error with a rejected status needs to be corrected before the file will successfully exported.

If the errors are processing related, like Business Telephon Number Ommited, the telephone number needs to be added before you can export your file.  Please ensure that your mandatory Company details and your Mandatory Employee details have been entered correctly.

If your failure is due to something not relating to values that can be captured, please send your Error report to our Support email team for further instruction: [email protected]

NOTE: Any message with a Warning status will not stop you from generating and importing your file, however, we advise that you do your best to obtain and complete the information to ensure that you will not be subject to penalties.
