1. Open up the company in question.
2. Click on File, Restore
3. Select the folder in which the backup is saved on the Right hand side.
4. Select the correct back up on the left hand side so it is highlighted blue.
   
5. Select Process
6. Select Close

NOTE: If you restore a backup, you will lose all of the information from the period that you where in and unless you had a backup before the restoration was done.
