You'll need sole access which means no other users or screens can be open is Sage 50cloud Pastel.

1. Go to Setup then Users/Passwords and click Users.
2. Enter your Password and click OK.
3. Click Search and then select the first description with Unused.
4. Enter the User Name and Email Address.
5. Enter a Password and Confirm Password.
6. Select the User Group and select Auto Invoke.
   Refer to Working with user groups if the permissions aren't personalised.
7. Choose between Explorer and Navigator and click Save.
