In a multi user environment you must share the Pastel or Xpress folder on the server. This allows the workstations to access the registration and company data.

1. Hold Windows key + E on your keyboard and go to the C drive.
2. Right click the Pastel/Xpress folder then Properties.
3. Click the Sharing tab and click Advanced Sharing.
4. Select Share this folder and click Permissions.
5. Select the group Everyone and click Full Control.
6. Click Apply then OK x2.
7. Select the Security tab and click Edit.
8. Click Add then type Everyone.
9. Click OK then select Full Control.
10. Click OK.
