At what point does the error message 'Backup Failed' appear onscreen?

• The error message appears immediately, when I press 'Continue' to start the backup process
• The backup process runs for a while before stopping with the error

  Which backup option did you select?

  • I selected 'Data for This Company' (to make a backup for one company only)
  • I selected 'Data for All Companies' or 'Data Files for selected companies' (to make a backup of all or selected companies)
  • I selected 'Full System Backup' or 'Data and Program Files (incl sub folders)' (to make a backup of the full application)
