Look Ahead: Error: 'Backup Failed' when you are making a backup

At what point does the error message 'Backup Failed' appear onscreen?

• Immediately, when I press 'Continue' to start the backup process
• After a while, as the backup process continues for a period of time then stops with the error message

  Which backup option did you select?

  • I selected 'Data for This Company' (to make a backup for one company only)
  • I selected 'Data for All Companies' or 'Data Files for selected companies' (to make a backup of all or selected companies)
  • I selected 'Full System Backup' or 'Data and Program Files (incl sub folders)' (to make a backup of the full application)
